To enable the cheats you need to have a map launched and then you press the (~) key and type "sv_cheats 1" If you are using a custom map go to the mods section and click the mod you want to use (it has to be a map or custom map) then after clicking launch and it goes back to main menu open up the console (~) and type "devmap nazi_zombie_ (then the map name exactly how it is named) but I haven't found out how to do it with official UGX maps so sorry for that.
